If you are a middle management trying to makeoney here, it's impossible. Many hands are trying to taking a cut of what you make. If your TL is greedy, he will eat up all your commission%. It's not that easy for them to cook up commission numbers. Certain TLs are so entitled that they behave as if they "owns" their staff. Odd working hours, weekend working and what not. It's a toxic environment.
