Repetitive Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V work with no new skills to learn. I suggest newcomers remain here for 1 year, gain experience, upskill and then switch. Avoid staying long; you risk getting stuck in a comfort zone.

There is nothing new to learn, you have to do the same work, just imagine doing the same work for 1 year!! The seniors are here since ages why because it is their comfort zone and they cant leave this company as it is nepotism based. I would ask the management to post the company's infrastructure. (they won't, they will post picture of Pune location where there no one working) You will find snakes roaming around the parking area during monsoon.
