      Great values! Great management practices intentions. Lots of focus on culture within the past 4 years with tangible results. Townhall meetings with CEO many times a year, 360 management feedback, eNPS, NPS, LEAN practices,. Leadership works hard to live by the company values. Multiple offices coast to coast across canada. Salaries are competitive for the industry.

      Ceramic tile industry is not a fast growing industry. Limited advancement depending on branch location. It's difficult to live the same culture in every branch.

In all cases, the company has been transparent and open to feedback, maintaining its values, with clear direction for the future. Exciting times!
