Fellow software engineers were really nice and had a blast working with them. This company definitely gives you a lot of work so it's great to build your resume and experience as well. However some days you will be working later than usual which is not a big deal. Free lunch on Mondays was cool until it was removed. My manager was nice as well but I can't speak for others.
Svantaggi
Seen a couple individuals let go for what it seems like no reason. They would be performing fine but suddenly they would be told to pack up and employees won't know until we notice they don't show up to meetings anymore. Weird thing is they wouldn't try to hire another person to fill that position so others have to handle the unexpected workload. Long and unnecessary meetings at times. Office hours sucks as well from 9-6. If you value your life, probably don't work here. You will go to work tired and come home tired with no more energy for your family. There's also visible favouritism and they will be treated much better than those who aren't. You may be doing lots of work but not recognized at all, at which I recommend just do the bare minimum to get by and start looking elsewhere. Promotions seems to be within a circle of people. Just leave once work is over because you never know what's gonna happen to you at any time. There is also no activities to build team culture. Most days you will be going in and sit at your desk and work until the end of the day and go home. Some days will go by quiet and it really doesn't feel like a team at all. Some or any team activities more often will be great. For interviews, most team members would have to sit through the entire thing which was odd, and some members definitely don't need to be there. Probably makes the interviewee feel uncomfortable as well.
