The executive team in my opinion is racist.
I was treated unfairly because I didn't bow down to the white women that the executive team favor. My complaints were never addressed and it was always just let them have their way. I believe this is the reason why I was picked to be laid off when the opportunity presented itself. There is one member of the executive team that bullies those he doesn't like and he has others do his dirty work so he can keep his hands clean.
When I moved to another department my replacement didn't even stay a month because he wasn't going to put up with the disrespect and lack of assistance in learning the role he was hired for. Another team member in a different department left after a month because of the same reason.
The management team constantly lies to you and then when you call them on it you are considered a trouble maker and then they find a way to let you go.
The environment is toxic with the lies, bullying, and the lack of respect for the people of color.
