Despite formally asking for accommodations, my needs were not met, which made the work environment increasingly stressful. - Unfair termination practices. Shortly after requesting accommodations for a medical condition, I was terminated without proper consideration of my situation, making me feel that the company was more focused on avoiding challenges than supporting employees. - Poor communication and management. Requests for assistance or accommodations were often ignored or delayed, adding to the stress of working here. - Inconsistent attendance policies, which seemed to be enforced more strictly when an employee faced medical issues.
