Smaller so not as many growth opportunities

Most internships will fill you with busy work and teach you just enough that you are willing to stick around. Chain Bridge Bank makes it very clear they want to help you succeed and the amount of learning opportunities clearly show that. Additionally it is a somewhat casual work environment where everyone seems to talk to and get along with everyone else.

Most interns are family friends. If you do not have a family connection expect your expectations to be a little higher than your peers.
