UPPER MANAGEMENT
95% of the upper management team are the absolute worst, meanest, uncaring people I have ever worked with. I have seen the director and plant manager literally scream/cuss/name call individuals, constantly berating any and everyone.
SAFETY
This company will NOT stop work for an egregious safety violation, they will not spend minimal amounts of money for very basic safety related items, if any employee gets injured there is often a blame game of who to point the finger at rather than taking accountability for the company's poor pro-active safety approach.
WORK-LIFE BALANCE
Do not expect to have one! You are expected to respond/be on call 24/7 and if you don't answer your phone IMMEDIATELY at 11pm on a Saturday night they WILL try to write you up
I lasted 4.5 months solely because I thought I could make a change/impact for the better but that is impossible when you have NO support or respect from the plant management.
