The morale is horrible. The refuse to pay maintenance overtime. They are having maintenance stagger their schedules around on a weekly basis to support production overtime. This in turn is is creating more downtime because of the lack of maintenance personel there during the start of the shift. For some reason they dont understand when machines arent running the company is losing money. When the do offer over time its on a weekend and its offered to 1 maintenance personel. This is really having an affect on the motivation on the maintenance dept. Multiple people are forced to look for other jobs now because they want overtime. Plant 4 makes who ever is coming on the weekend to take a day off during the week so they dont have to pay over time on the weekend. They dont realize how much low morale costs a company. People are fed up and its costing them more and they are to blind or have to much pride to realize the made a mistake. The owner of the company cant possibly know whats going on. Quality, safety and production have all been affected by this. So if you wanna be forced to work weekends for straight pay and have your schedule jump arpund weekly then you might like this place. There is so much more i can list.
