Toxic work place, No IT infrastructure - Recensione dipendente - Senior IT Developer presso Chanel

Worked in the IT group. Manager/Director were extremely difficult to work with. Expectation is to work Weekends/weekdays/all nighters to ensure availability. No standardization of software with tools being bought from any and every vendor. Production was the only environment which used to substitute for Development as well. No IT investment.
