Poor management. Favoritism and retaliation. Racially insensitive remarks made from store management about certain demographics of clients. This company assumes the worst in people and thinks everyone is a reseller. Subpar communication between stores. The company talks about diversity and inclusivity but it’s all fake. They want all of their associates to be the same, like robots. Wouldn’t work here if you enjoy your own personal identity. Uniforms are a hot mess. Get it together Chanel!
