Silos every where, management is bad, every major project is executed in a closed room and ultimately get's dumped. People with experience and knowledge are not included in the planning phase. Completely outsourced company, QA, Dev, Production Control, everything. They layoff in small groups several times a year so everyone always is in a fearful mode. Because of this people stopped sharing knowledge and created silos everywhere.
