Chango & Co is a hardworking, fun and friendly environment! I started working here in May of 2016 as Construction Project Manager and left in March of 2020 on good terms. (My husband and I relocated to Florida). I am very thankful for all of the opportunities that were provided to me in my many years working here. Susana and Josh make it a priority to ensure their employees have the tools they need to succeed, and healthy/happy. I am forever grateful for the kindness they showed me and the opportunities for growth that were given to me while working for them. Day to day every employee is expected to carry their weight, and deadlines are extremely important. However, it is a work hard play hard environment where champagne is popped for birthdays, big events, and sometimes just because they care, and are ready to celebrate you.

Not exactly a con, but this company is always working on multiple projects varying in scale and timeline, so time management / the ability to multi-task is important.
