That gives us the opportunity to help them and at the same time provides us challenge to make them understand why they need us. I love the fact that the service and product we offer has a direct effect on the ROI for our clients which makes it easier for our sales team to convince clients. Also the company strongly believes in honesty, ethics, people, process and technology. I love their core values and the owners being a subject matter experts. Extremly satisfied with my job. It is a fast paced environment. You have to be smart, emotionally intelligent and must be savvy to learn new technology to survive here. This is not a place for conflicts. Everyone is so focussed on their goals and work in a collaborative environment to support each other. The owners have built a very competitive team and technology to be pioneers in this industry. I have been an entrepreneur before and I know the pain of running a business. I am learning so much from these two brilliant, masterminded entrepreneurs.
