CEO dont know to manage at all. All she does is micromanagement and insult you. She wants to see code push on the first day of onboarding (onboarding in the morning and she criticized teammate for no code push at night). And yes, late night meetings at 9pm + morning meetings as well, so many meetings that are just a complete waste of time. No management of AWS set ahead and blame teammates on wrong use of service. Dont know how to talk to people at all, basically insult people in team messages. Fire people for no reason at all although they have no pay (yes we worked for free, and she just fire people randomly). Expect you to work more during holiday season and call the launch of website a holiday gift to us all (yet the website is still not functional till now after 8 months) Cannot think of a worse company than this, you wont learn anything even if you come. Avoid this CEO at all cost.
