Worst company I have ever worked for. My store GM was horrible only cared about herself and her favorites. I was a full time manager and got less hours because my GM hired her friend as a part time that took all my hours. If there is ever an issue with a GM you can't turn to anyone. The DM will tell everything you said to your GM and if you go to HR nothing is ever done. If you take PTO time they don't put it into your paycheck until a couple weeks later. Employees that are friends with GM get to do whatever they want. And they don't listen to any other manager. So much drama! Every store had so much drama. On top of the drama in just your store you have to worry about other managers in other stores talking about you and starting lies about you. This place is a joke. Also they want you to wear six pieces of jewelry every shift and it can't be from anywhere else but they won't give better discounts. I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone not even someone I hate.
