The culture is pretty relaxed, or was before they were purchased my med-sphere. Often times that was a positive, but there were times it got a bit uncomfortable. Haven't worked there since they were purchased.

Good learning experience, management was good, co-workers always willing to help.

Lack of sales, selling clients on software yet developed. Customer satisfaction was okay to low which made the job a bit more difficult.
