Great pay for the work

bad hours, too many variables

On the whole there is a nice bunch of colleagues to work with and everyone is friendly. Nice small modern office space with good tube links, good location and nice places to go for lunch.

The company has always spoke of transparency, but this seems to be dying off, as there are loads of redundancy’s along with lots of people leaving, and nothing is being addressed. HR keep coming to the office and they’re not from London, so everyone gets so nervous as they call people in to meetings and then they’re gone. People just don’t seem very happy anymore, everyone is always stressed and busy and under pressure to get things done quickly. They won employer of the year last year, not sure they’d get that again in the current state of the company. Felt like a positive end to the year with sales up and then in January it seems like we’ve got to save the company from going under. Forced to come in twice a week now, before it was flexible but that seems to slowly been taken away.
