Working at Chase has its privileges. The pay I believe was fairly based on experience. The company as a whole has a pretty strong reputation in the banking industry.

There was not a good work-life balance working at Chase. There were too many releases and not enough people to work the rotation. There was multiple issues with managers indiscretions at work. Leaders should have integrity.
