The pay and benefits were the best I’ve ever had in a job starting out! You get all of your medical, dental, vision insurance the 1st of the following month from your hire date. New hires generally will start with the less appealing shifts but that’s normal at a lot of places. I personally did not care for the classroom training part of it but it is required for the job. If you get through the lengthy training and classroom part and don’t mind being on the phones all day you’re in for a very rewarding job with phenomenal benefits.
