Micromanaged. Management clueless and has huge ego. A business with none of its own infrastructure. Many previous incarnations. No morals. Bad attitude towards staff.

The CEO Richard Connolly is a thief and unethical business man. He took pension contributions from all of the UK staff and kept the money for himself for 2 years (from Aug 22) without informing his staff, when questioned about this he at first denied doing this but when confronted by the staff he eventually admitted to it. He promised to repay everyone but never did. The staff had to pursue this through the pension regulator and the pension ombudsman but Richard Connolly would not co operate with these parties and kept lying to his staff. When this matter was pursued via the courts it became very an unstable business with bailiffs turning up at the office. Then Richard Connolly decided to liquidate the company, owing tens of thousands of pounds to staff, ex staff, car rental companies and land lords (amongst others). Amazingly he started a new company with a very similar name Chaseman Global! Carrying on as normal but leaving innocent people severely out of pocket and with big deficits in their pension funds. This is not the first time Richard Connolly has liquidated a company then starting up with a similar name, a quick check at Companies House will confirm this. If you are a recruiter - stay away from this place. If you are a business looking for an ethical business partner that does things the right way - stay away from Chaseman Global. Been in recruitment for over 10 years and its refreshing that I am working with clients that value our service. Decent roles with clients that will pay decent fees. In the past I have chased roles with clients that want the world for 10%. This is totally different. The CEO has an open door policy so can approach him with new ideas. He invests in technology for the office. Generous and down to earth. The team are work hard play hard bunch but with different personalities which i find refreshing I have referred a former colleague who has joined the business and he is doing very well
