The culture of scapegoating is under the surface, hidden under the big words of operating principles, but very much there. - Generally more reactive than proactive when it comes to technical issues. - It's one of those places where if you're good at what you do, you get rewarded with more work and no recognition. - Performance review system is flawed with obvious preferences to certain teams, close to the The Boys Club. - Many, many teams and very often looks like some of those teams exists only for the sake of it with no actual value. - Office politics is out of control, it's the only way to survive in this company. If you do not play this game or you're not a "yes-man", this is not the place to even consider.
