Employees will walk out crying alot. Here is the best part, when one of them wants to belittle you the other will join in, and Crystal will do it in front of everyone. She thinks she's too good for you and will treat you as such. You can move mountains for these people because you will think they are your friends, then they will show you who they really are. Everyone knows it but, no one wants to call it out because these people need their money, oh yeah, that's another thing, Crystal does payroll, she will nickle and dime you to death. You may have to fight for your money, I remember when I worked there, on Friday mornings I would dread going to my ATM because a lot of the time my money just wouldn't be there. She's just too busy! Here is the funniest part, they bring in their best friends to try and run the company and they complain about them, and then their friends quit and end up hating them as well.
