The CEO, whoever that may be (and it does change frequently) is just a puppet of the person who actually owns the company (he has a very normal title within the company). They come up with stupid, really stupid ideas and when they go wrong they just fire the people on the front line and blame them. There have been several court cases which Chemometec have lost because of this. No employee loyalty whatsoever. It is a shame, as their core products are excellent. It is just unfortunate that the business is run by a little boys clique that have no idea on how to actually run a business. Latest products have been a flop and rife with technical problems. Their ego has got in the way of good business
