Horrible CTO direction that hires her own people and fires the existing people to make room for them. Zero room for innovation and a finite ceiling for growth financially and position-wise.

As you know, a restructuring and expansion of our technology division has occurred over the last 12 months to help us achieve our aggressive, 5-year strategic growth plan. The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
