      You meet great people. You have a good relationship with patients. Great relationships with Doctors. Medical and Dental Benefits.

      They expect so much from one person, The stress is not worth it/them. To the company you are just a number, just like everything else. The raises you get are pennies, they state there is a (cap) on pay. They are strict on the clock, no empathy for personal issues that can be happening.

      Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

      Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
