The sweetheart reviews are written by IT leaders trying to improve the overall rating of the company. Nothing is as it seems, they will promise you the world and keep you engaged long enough to burn you out. The objective is to save money, get the most out of the employees, and rarely thank them for keeping a sinking ship afloat. One of the worse places I've worked in terms of work/life balance and investing in employees. They are downright cheap!! Bottom line, this is a toxic place, ran by toxic leaders. You've been warned.

Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
