Overall company is good and is growing fast.

Call center maybe the worst part to be when in this company. While the rest of the company tries to give the whole family like feel there's none here. Here you learn very quickly that your at a dead end and if your not a friend your not going anywhere. Best option is trying to switch to new department if you can or using this place as a stepping stone when it comes to a department that is over seen by dishonest people.

Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
