      Good compensation and benefits. Flexible hours. Growing company. The company is experiencing exploding growth and expanding its IT division under new leadership. They just bought a new building in Miami gardens and are in the process of converting it into a great office. The hours are very flexible. Extra hours spent at work are compensated with time off. Existing employees are very knowledgable in their domain and eager to learn.

      The company was mismanaged for a long time. The new leadership is cleaning up the technical debt inherited from the past leadership.

      Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

      Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
