      I have been working in Chen Medicals IT company also called CTECH since 2 and half years...I would say, this is an AWESOME place to work. Super attractive Salaries and benefits. Very Friendly work environment and culture. IT Leadership that recognizes, appreciates and rewards hard work and talent. Plenty of opportunities to learn,develop and grow career wise. Chance to be part of a mission to revolutionize the health care industry using advanced Technologies. Caring and friendly management with employee centric culture. Growing very fast with great prospects.

      IT development center is currently at a place where it doesn't look like a typical technology center but management has invested lot of money in developing a new IT center with fantastic facilities. In few days this would be a beautiful unbelievable office work place at a great location in Miami South Florida area.

      Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

      Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
