      Company culture, closeness within departments makes you feel connected and like you have a place in such a large company, beautiful and clean facilities, entire corporate center just remodeled and has a very modern comfortable feel, good benefits.

      Since the company has expanded so quickly it seems at times it's difficult for things to get approved, or that the channels of the approval system are efficiently working and put in place

      Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

      Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
