Gave paychecks on time, but rarely rarely gave any other promised bonus of any kind

Svantaggi

Weak benefits; Very few holidays; Disorganized work structure and management; Disrespectful office culture; Unfair work payoff and promotion opportunity; Mandatory slogan and work on site policy; And they fired good standing employees/eliminated positions without negotiation or warning all the time.

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts from your previous experience working with us. Depending upon role, certain positions have opportunity for bonuses, but this information is all included and documented at time of offer. All of our team members are eligible for ChenMed Cheers points which allows employees to recognize each other and exchange points for swag items, gift cards, and other prizes. ChenMed observes 7 holidays and offers 3 floating holidays after completion of 1 year of employment. We always look to improve based on feedback from our team members!

The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

Svantaggi

Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
