As a physician-led organization, our practice model has been designed to create optimal work/life balance and provide success pathway options to each provider in our organization. We have taken steps to prevent physician burnout by capping patient panels at 450, providing a fixed Monday-Friday schedule, working to recruit additional providers when patient panels grow faster than expected, and provide allied health staff to support our physicians. Following all applicable national guidelines, we require compliance training of every team member and employees must report any suspected violations with laws, regulations, our code of business conduct and ethics, or any other company policies. Given our zero-tolerance stance on internal compliance risks, we investigate all alleged compliance violations that are reported in good faith and take corrective action to address any findings.
