      The only positive aspect is that a select few of their employees are genuinely commendable individuals. These exceptional employees undoubtedly deserve a better organization than ChenMed.

      The Chen family's leadership in this company exemplifies self-serving altruism. In essence, the company's culture is reminiscent of a blend between the Roy family from "Succession" and the pastoral leadership style of Joel Osteen. The only difference is that the fictional and real person I just stated at least know how to manage their money, unlike the Chens.

      The pay is competitive, however the workload is very heavy. The company does put emphasis on a positive culture, but the teams are in constant fear of lay off, or being let go due to unrealistic productivity expectations

      Bonuses are cancelled, changes are too often, everything is always a priority. The productivity expectations are unrealistic. The other thing is favoritism and nepotism, you will never advance if you are not friendly with certain people. It is very evident that the focus is not on talent when promotions are available.
