Minimal raise. Overworking the staff to the last drop. Lying. No opportunity to grow unless you're favored. Too many changes and inconsistencies that change to something else just as fast as they were applied. Patients are duped into signing up any possible way, promising whatever they want to hear. In reality nobody cares, it's all about money and their Humana HMO policies that pay the practice per head ... thus the greed to get more More MORE patinets!

This is a difficult review to read as a company who cherishes our patients and the care teams who serve them. Remote Work Flexibility: The ability to work from home offers a great work-life balance and a highly flexible day-to-day environment. Excellent Peers: The general staff and fellow employees are incredibly nice, professional, and great to collaborate with. There is a strong sense of peer-to-peer camaraderie.

Svantaggi

Disrespectful Direct Management: My immediate supervisor frequently displays a disrespectful and condescending attitude toward direct reports. Constructive feedback is non-existent; instead, mistakes are met with public or private hostility rather than professional coaching. Complete Lack of Support: Management offers zero support when challenges arise. They provide no guidance or assistance leaving direct reports entirely on their own to figure things out.
