Most of upper management are related to each other in someway and if you are not consider you're self out the door in 3 to 5 years. The reason for this, its less expense to retain current employees and adjust their salaries for 3 % inflation each year than to employee a low pay college graduate with no per diem requirements, or family subsistence.
