No training but then they yell at you for asking questions then leave you alone to figure out the problems. Management can’t be bothered to talk to people, but will gossip about everyone. The only good people that work there are the new hires and Santas. It’s sad to see Santa be treated like a slave too. Minimal breaks, no leaving his chair, he basically is treated as another piece of set equipment. Seriously hope another company just buys them out and fixes everything.
