The codebase is a mess and very demotivating. Nepotism in the upper management. Hence most of the managers are inexperienced. Feedback and performance evaluations are topdown, so management only evaluates itself. Communication is poor. Several mass layoffs. People get fired without notice and clear reason. It seems mostly political.
