Every day is a challenge handling multiple clients and hence not a monotonous job. Direct interaction with client. The work model is 100% involvement in day to day operation. As a TPM you are the direct point of contact between team and client. Ample opportunity to learn on different functional domain and also on technological front. Sitting late is by and large discouraged. A open working environment and easy accessibility to the top hierarchy. The efforts are recognized and rewarded.

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved.
