It believes only what TL tells. - Asks to work on irrelevant technologies which does not matches your domain. - So called MNC company but nothing like MNC company, no policies for employees. Chiller policies in Lala company. - HRs are nothing they are just puppets of the Lala. - Odd shift timings. - only 4 fixed holidays annually. - There is no free transportation. - There is free food only on alternate Saturday working which is also not up to the mark. - Annual party only for show off. They can even charge you for that also if you will go there with your friends or loved ones. - No toilet papers in the wash room and lack of toilets also in comparison of employees.
