Our employees are our most valuable resource and we work tirelessly to ensure that we are providing an enriching work environment that promotes growth, self-improvement, and a positive culture. Our sales processes are based on past best practices that have worked for us during our twenty years of success in the software industry. They are designed to make our sales team successful as is reflected in our company’s continuous and sustained growth. We understand that some new hires in the sales team may or may not like to adhere to such best practices, perhaps due to their comfort or personal objectives. We are sorry that you did not feel like our sales best practices were something that you could adopt. We do, however, appreciate your suggestions as improvement, both personally and collectively, is incredibly important to us.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
