Employees are micromanaged and under constant surveillance. Office culture resembles a high pressure call center. Over reliance on processes as they don't also suit the situation. Pay is very low.

Our culture as a company has always been about pushing people to become the best versions of themselves, and we feel that it has been crucial to our success for the past +20 years. Our processes, which we have cultivated over the years, are designed to help create the easiest path possible for success. As a part of our team, you would know that we only promote from within, so all of our executive leadership, especially on the sales side, has leveraged the same processes given to you to achieve the success and positions they currently hold today. With regard to pay, we actually have a highly favorable commission structure set up for our sales team members, and a competitive base pay rate for the industry. As a member of the sales team, pay is, naturally, determined by results, so the only potential limitations are the ones imposed on yourself. We do, however, appreciate any and all feedback as we continue to grow as a company.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
