-- As per my observation, if you keep your work up to date and advanced no one is going to interfere, even if the project status and client call goes well, there is no interaction from PMs, FMs, DOs or anybody. -- One thing that I like initially in this organization is there is no politics as we found in others organization. -- The PMs, FMs and DOs are supportive in nature and be with you, if you are struggling for something.

-- Every company in private sector have some here and there policies issue same is with Chetu as well. -- Pressure always exist in IT industry, in some cases I observe that the limit of pressure exceeded sometimes. -- Apart from that things goes well and fantastic, I enjoyed Chetu a lot. -- Chetu is good for those employees who want to work, learn and improve their skills, you got the challenging things to handle and due to this you learn a lot.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
