This company is so amazing that there are still benefits that I have yet to take advantage of, like Gym membership discounts and mental healthcare support, which is vital in any sales environment. Chetu gives you all the tools you need for success -- and sustainable success. I have been in several management positions at previous companies that never gave me the confidence that I could have a future with them. Chetu has shown me and has grown me into a young boss woman who takes control of her accounts and her life. I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences.
