I have had the pleasure of working as a PPC and SEO Specialist at Chetu Inc. for almost a year now. The diversity and degree of wide spread knowledge, experience and experties is outstanding to say the list. I am continously provided valuable new insights that help improve my knowledge and skills; making me a better professional in my field. Management and HR always strive and go the extra mile, to ensure our work was done to the highest degree of quality while having fun doing it. I am most impressed with the initiatives taken to stay informed on changes in the industry while developing creative solutions to tackling them accordigly. I will also not fail to mention the well packaged employee benits which includes full coverage healthcare for team and family members (PPO), Significant 401k matching and Rapid vacation time accrual. Gym discounts, Tickets as Works discounts, Internal growth and regular promotions, are some other great perks the company provides.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge.
