I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences.
