Staff turnover is high as with any early childhood environment because people think it is easy.

Working with kids was rewarding and having staff who cared helped maintain a fun work environment.

Top management levels (Owners) showed more and more how cheap they were, cutting budgets, refusing raises for increased work load. Staff had to do extra for no compensation.
