The communication system allows you to stay current on what’s going on with your client throughout the day, as well as communicate ideas, questions, and concerns that are all answered in a very timely manner by the BCBA’s and other members on the team! Supervision also occurs very frequently so that everyone is on the same page with the BCBA, and you will definitely meet all Board regulated requirements here! The training is also very thorough and consistent, and the training process is updated frequently based on BACB standards as well as feedback from current staff/trainers/new hires.
