      There’s really no pros besides the benefits they offer. Anyone who says there is pros beyond the benefits hasn’t worked here long enough.

      Being physically harmed by students is a daily occurrence when clocking in. Management members are all too busy with the latest gossip to get anything done. There is a culture where you either fit in or you don’t, and even those who “fit in” are still gossiped about. Chileda provides the time for staff to debrief about situations that occurred throughout the day, which is nice but it seems to lead to more gossiping and finger pointing to staff making it discouraging to want to show up the next day.
