They answers to the queries when somebody is raising, never shy away. In fact that's a lot of learning as I came to know 'What' decision was taken and 'Why'. Flexibility: Seniors are accommodative towards flexi work structure Direct customer interaction. I was able to interact with customer and able to understand my impact better Making decisions on new tools: Instead of just following the 'Standards' my team members will download and test various tools and later buy license for the same. In my previous job everything was pre-decided. Job rotation: Management is liberal with requests for Job rotation.

Morale is low the board fired the CEO/CIO who had been with the company since inception and was the most respected leader in the building. New CEO worked there for years but never bothered to interact with anyone he deemed beneath him and barely came to the office last year. Has made little effort to get to know anyone or what they do since his promotion. New Co-CIOs seem to be in complete competition with each other. They are on 2 different pages on investments. One basically doesn’t seem to understand our business and is only in the role because he manages up well with the board but is abusive and abrasive to the employees. The other one is irrational and makes decisions out of emotion that are not always in the best interest of the company. So for a MReit going into an unstable year it appears the board is not concerned with providing the employees with competent leadership and most likely looking to sell at some point. There are no females in management and most of the men in management have no respect for the females in the building and make it clear they do not want any females in the room.
